Job Details

Responsibilities

• Make Readies- Executes timely turns, painting, drywall repair.
• Plans and executes repairs to plumbing, electrical, windows, structural repairs and remodels.
• Resident Service Requests and General Maintenance.
• Completes service requests and general maintenance to include but not limited to responding, diagnosing, requesting parts, and establishing a timeframe for completion within 24 hours.
• Asset Preservation- Maintains daily awareness of the condition of the property and proactively reports physical maintenance problems, safety hazards, potential liability issues.
• Works well as a team to manage service request status' and log time through our Property Management App.
• Ability to communicate effectively through our office team is a must.

Skills and Requirements

• Ability to proficiently use a smart phone or tablet
• Valid Driver’s License
• Residential maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work on the weekends is a plus (not required)
• Bilingual is a plus (not required)
